is that the cars and coffee they brought out an F40, F50, Enzo, and that F1 car? I heard about that (I think through Oppo, actually). I wish I could've gone, but I don't live in Houston, lol

288 GTO also?!? That's a lineup for a good car show right there...
So you got to drive this 288, you want to share a little about that experience? haha

they started all the cars. F1 was crazy loud
My boss was the manager of Ferrari of Houston for like 12 years and Barrett Jag/Ferrari of San Antonio for years before. We'd swing by Ferrari on test drives at our current dealer and hang out. The car was in the way and a dude told me to park it inside. It was only like 30 ft but hey, I got to drive the last 288 GTO ever built.
Funny story, they had to load some racecars, the 288, and a golf cart to take to Road Atlanta for an old ALMS race. Welp, the golf cart was loaded near the 288 despite what my boss said. They arrived and when they opened up the huge Risi trailer.... the golf cart was hella not strapped in right. It put a small hole in the front bumper of the 288. *ultra facepalm* My boss went nuts. But worst of all, he had to call Guiseppi. He calls and told him that there was an issue and the golf cart had came loose and damaged a car. Guiseppi said , "which one?" My boss said, "the 288"........"click"
it was repaired but man it was a suck situation

Shit... I totally would've lost it. Someone really screwed up there, I wonder if they still had a job after that lol.
And that's 30 more feet than I've ever driven in a 288, so that's still badass, haha

I don't think anyone got fired but I think my boss said that it took a while for someone to admit it.
